Not only did they promptly return the documents I accidentally left behind—an exceptional display of customer service—but the ironing facilities were a lifesaver for keeping my outfits crisp for exploring the city. The room's heating and air conditioning allowed me to create the perfect environment for a comfortable stay, while the cozy sitting area and terrace provided lovely spots to unwind with a cup of tea from the complimentary facilities. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries added a luxurious touch to my stay.
